Here we are on the home straight as we enter our final summer term in year three, where we hope to consolidate our learning and rise to new challenges to prepare us for year 4.
The children have really embraced learning in the last half term and shown that they really know what it takes to succeed in year 3. Look out for our curriculum newsletter outlining the learning that will take place in the next half term in our Ancient Greece topic. In addition this term, year three have been lucky to be involved with Samba Drumming Tuition on a Wednesday afternoon throughout the spring term and this will continue into the summer. Below are a reminder of some of the key information needed.
Homework will be distributed on a Tuesday and expected in the following Monday.
Our PE days this half term will again be indoor on a Thursday (striking and fielding) and outdoor on a Friday (athletics), which we are lucky enough to have sports partnership to run this half term, therefore please remember your outdoor kit of trousers, trainers and a jumper on Fridays, please take note of the new PE kit expectations that we have in school.
We will be updating the class page throughout the half term with pictures of us learning across the curriculum.
