Leyland MethodistJunior School

4B

Welcome to Year 4!

Hopefully everyone has had a brilliant Christmas and New Year with lots of time spent with family and friends. During this half term, 4B will be in church for the class worship on creativity, hope everyone will be able to join us.

It's the start of 2019 and with two terms left there are some amazing learning opportunities, starting with an Anglo-Saxons unit were the children will be designing and constructing their own battle shields. We will also be looking into the year 4 trip and finding an outstanding experience for your children.
Homework will be distributed on a Tuesday and expected in the following Monday.

Our PE days this half term will be indoor on a Monday and a Friday. However, the Friday session will be tennis taken by the South Ribble Partnership Team.
We will be updating the class page throughout the half term with pictures of us learning across the curriculum.
My door is always open for a chat so feel free to come and ask any questions, or you can contact me via email on a.baybutt@lmjs.lancs.sch.uk

Keep your eyes peeled on here for any other information.
