World Book Day

World Book Day 1
World Book Day 2
World Book Day 3

Welcome to Year 4!

Starting Spring 2 with excitement, the children welcome Chester Zoo for a visit to talk about life cycles. The children will have the opportunity to ask experienced members of staff any curious questions they have on animals.

Throughout this half-term, the children will be comparing Barcelona to Leyland in Geography while researching and making unique Spanish food in D.T. We will also be looking into the year 4 trip and finding an outstanding experience for your children. This half-term we are studying the Christian Value of Perseverance and it has fallen to us to show this value in church, we hope you all have the time to watch.
Homework will be distributed on a Tuesday and expected in the following Monday.

Our PE days this half term will be indoor or outdoor on a Monday and sports partnership on Friday mornings where the children will improve their football skills.
We will be updating the class page throughout the half term with pictures of us learning across the curriculum.
My door is always open for a chat so feel free to come and ask any questions, or you can contact me via email on

Keep your eyes peeled on here for any other information.
