Leyland MethodistJunior School

6R

Welcome to Spring 2! During this term we have lots of different enrichment days such as World Book Day to look forward to. We will also be pushing forward with our SATs revision alongside writing a variety of texts including Animal Quackers. Throughout this half term we have South Ribble sports coaches coming in on a Friday afternoon to deliver PE sessions with Year 6. Please don't forget your kit!

Look out for any key dates on the Xpressions app.

Just a reminder- Homework will be going out on a Tuesday to be on the following Monday. All children will be given a Guided Reading book and will have a Guided Reading session with the Class Teacher each week. They will then be given a task to complete each Tuesday, to be continued at home, this will also be due in on the Monday.

We love using the internet as a way to communicate and showcase our fantastic work. So please keep checking this webpage for updates on our class!
