* Due to tournaments taking place throughout Summer Term 1, the extra curricular clubs are focused around these tournaments and the year groups that can take part in them. *

During this term, there are other clubs running in school. You will receive a separate letter for these (e.g. Sports Coaches and Super Club etc).

All listed clubs will run up until we break for Half Term Holidays on the 25th May 2018, unless informed otherwise. Please complete the response slip below to secure your childs place. If your child cannot attend the club for any particular reason, you must inform the teacher taking the club or their class teacher. Please reply on the form below. Any cancellations of clubs will be sent via Xpressions or text message. Please return your request to school by Wednesday 18th April 2018. If your child has signed up to a club, you will receive confirmation of their place. If the club is full you will be informed of this. Any requests received after this date cannot guarantee a place for your child.

If you have any questions or queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 01772 423694 or office@lmjs.lancs.sch.uk or Miss Hogan at b.hogan@lmjs.lancs.sch.uk
