School Council

The School Council

Welcome to our School Council page. We have been chosen by the people for the people, through a democratic vote completed at school. We we have been nominated to help our school develop and shine, and that is what we intend to do.

  • The school council meets - with a Mrs Sewell present - to discuss ideas and points coming from the rest of our school. These may include school lunches, behaviour or ideas for fundraising events.

  • Members of the school council are responsible for carrying out the ideas that have been agreed, such as planning charity events, writing newsletter articles/ letters, or meeting with Mrs Melling/ Mr Thomlinson.

Keep an eye out for updates of the work we are planning. You can find us in Year 6 and there are two representatives in each of your classrooms.

Here for you,

The School Council and Mrs Sewell
