Communication, Language and Literature

In the Infant School, we follow the Little Wandle Phonics scheme to support our early reading programme. This is accompanied by Collins Big Cat reading scheme linked to Little Wandle. We use a combination of reading books and e-books to support this programme. We also use Pie Corbett's 'Talk for Writing' approach to support our approach to using oracy to support writing development.
