Sports Premium
The Sports Premium is funding in addition to the school’s budget and must be spent on improving the provision of PE and Sport in school. At Leyland Methodist Schools, we place high importance on developing the whole child, who is able to take the skills and learning from our schools and experiences on into their later lives. We strive to create life-long learners who take sports, being healthy and active into their adult life.
We are proud to announce that Leyland Methodist Junior School has been awarded the Sainsbury’s School Games Gold Award for the fourth consecutive academic year – a fantastic achievement. Congratulations to all the staff, pupils and school community for their hard work and effort in this achievement.
