Welcome to Autumn 1!
We have an exciting new term ahead of us, let's see what wonderful learning opportunities are in store for your children.
This half term we will be exploring our locational and place knowledge in our Geography topic, The United Kingdom. We will develop an awareness of where we live, the countries and the capital cities. You will find more information about this topic on the Geography Knowledge Mat. In Art this term, we will be exploring through the use of painting and digital art the key question; Can I use drawing and painting to show something from our local area? Finally, in Science we will be investigating Understanding Animals Including Humans with specific focus on the human body and the senses. Again, more information can be found on the Autumn 1 Science Knowledge Mat.
PE days this term will be:
Tuesday (Outdoor) and Friday (Indoor)
*Please make sure that your child comes to school wearing their PE kit on their designated PE days and can we please ask that no jewellery is worn.*
